Depoe Bay June 2024 When the Bay is Flat

Usually when I am at Depoe Bay,  there is Water Shooting up and  spraying everywhere 

Today it was Low Tide and Flat missed the time to catch the the Bay going crazy 

Sometimes you make it at the right time and then sometimes you dont
